We want you to love your QASAM suit. If something isn't right, here is how we can help.

What can be exchanged
- Suits that are unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging still attached.
- Requests made within 7 days of delivery, with your order details as proof of purchase.
- Sale items can be exchanged for a different size (if available), but not for a different suit.
How it works
- Contact us first. Email with your name, phone number, order details and what you'd like to change. Please don't send anything back before we reply.
- Send the suit back. Pack it with its tags and packaging and send it to the address we share with you.
- Quality check. Once it arrives, we check the suit. This takes up to 7 working days.
- We send your new suit (or new size), or add store credit to your account.
Returns & refunds
We don't offer cash refunds. If you return a suit that meets the conditions above, you'll get store credit for its full value, which you can use on any QASAM order within 12 months.
Faulty or wrong item
If your suit arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement right away and arrange to collect the faulty piece, at no cost to you.
Delivery charges
For size or style exchanges, delivery both ways is paid by the customer (a Rs. 250 shipping charge applies to each exchange). For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all delivery.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the exchange and return policy above applies.
Bulk orders can only be exchanged or returned if an item is faulty or incorrect.
